What changed
Record the separate PHP-created schedule → Rust-worker experiment alongside the Python direction in the stable conformance runbook. Keep the Server schedule runner's PHP/Python required matrix and the remaining cadence, restart, and recovery gaps explicit.
Evidence
a60b5722d8baeb8d347894ac30a600038ed49bd8with executable published-artifact instructions. Its isolated run used Server 2.4.16 atsha256:d00445540e1778711875943da4b8ccf7bf246b6f8880c0a6c79cc0228c03c3fd, PHP SDK 2.1.4, and Rust SDK 2.1.1. Two automatic PHP-created interval schedules each fired once, completed the Rust workflow/activity, and produced linked schedule and workflow histories. Both schedule rows were deleted with zero evaluator failures. The run was 2026-09-27 13:23:51–13:24:43 UTC.git diff --checkpassed. No runtime behavior changes in this PR.Part of #122.
