The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the original service no longer works reliably due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use a working endpoint so the project's growth remains visible.

The star history chart shown in the README is currently broken and no longer renders correctly, which prevents visitors from seeing the project's growth. This change points the chart to a working service so it displays as intended again.
