The github_runner image build (ansible-proxmox-apps #1253) must happen off-node and `docker load` onto the runner host — a heavy in-place build can overload a hypervisor node that also runs production guests. Adds an on-prem runner requirement: build the runner image off-node and
docker loadit onto the runner host, never build in-place on a hypervisor node (a heavy build can overload a node running production guests). Reflects the github_runner build change in ansible-proxmox-apps #1253.Deliberately not changed: the Splunk topology pages still describe the single all-in-one VM — the Splunk HA cluster (2 idx + 2 SH + 1 mgr) is declared in IaC but its apply is still pending, so the current as-built statement remains accurate. agentgateway has no public page here, and the Mac local-LLM pages already document a multi-model resident lineup.
