First release!

First release. MVP functionality. Only tested in Windows.
The tool is designed for people working across multiple computers or in groups who have an idea for a project structure in mind but no work to put in that structure yet. It adds a little overhead to the repository history but this should be minimal and help prevent directory name conflicts between developers, especially if working cross platform.
