Summary

Scaffolds this template repository with the shared dnd-mapp tooling and conventions:

• Editor, formatting, and commit tooling: EditorConfig, Prettier, markdownlint-cli2, commitlint, Husky, and lint-staged.
• GitHub Actions CI: pull request and push-to-main workflows running formatting, lint, and commit message checks.
• Docs: AGENTS.md and README.md, following org-wide conventions documented on the wiki.
• Project-level Claude Code settings.
