Updated as per @Loobinex 's comments in discord. Should now be possible to use Online mode (namely, with sessions) even with the matchmaking server disabled. |

Can specify
MATCHMAKING_SERVER=<url>to change the matchmaking server URL, orMATCHMAKING_SERVER=OFFto disable matchmaking wholesale.
