[BUG] Self assessment form levels are not shown in Safari

Describe the bug

When completing the self assessment, the skill levels I have already entered are not shown in the dropdowns:

Opening the dropdowns shows them correctly selected:

This was with Safari 26.5.2 on macOS. When using Firefox, they were visible, though only the first few characters could be read:

Thank you for the bug report. This is known to me (I also use Safari). There are plans to update this page quite significantly, so I think we'll hold off from addressing this particular bug until then. If you know how to fix it yourself, we'll gladly accept a PR
