я бы предложил сделать так: в начале блока "Создание многоязычного проекта" разместить рекомендацию использовать yfm init с параметром --langs, а пошаговую инструкцию разместить далее как один из вариантов.

yfm init - рекомендуемый способ, а пошаговая инструкция скорее для случаев, когда дока уже есть и ее надо сделать мультиязычной.

Выделила подразделами два способа создания проекта.

этот блок требует пояснения: у нас статья всегда делается строго под конкретную локаль, потому формулировка "чтобы часть контента отображалась только для определённого языка" выглядит непонятно

Скорректировала блок и пример, дала ссылки на статьи о Едином источнике и профилировании
