The runtime identity AGENTS.md that prepareAgent writes into every deployed agent now tells the agent to clone repositories and do file-heavy scratch work under repos/ — the workspace path the microVM supervisor bind-mounts from the VM's local disk. The rest of the workspace is a network filesystem, slow for builds and file trees, so the note limits it to finished artifacts. Co-Authored-By: Mohamed <mo@digger.dev>
