Suggestion: Defining the web process twice makes the Procfile invalid because Heroku only allows one entry per process type; deployment will fail when it encounters duplicate web declarations, so remove the redundant block. [logic error]

Severity Level: Critical 🚨 
- ❌ Deployment to Heroku or foreman may fail.
- ❌ Web process may not start correctly.
- ⚠️ CI deploy checks that validate Procfile.
- ⚠️ Local developer runtime (heroku local) unstable.
