This PR contains only the generated out/changelog.cjs, with no maintainable source, plus heavily outdated package scripts. The code cannot be properly tested or maintained in this form. If the feature is still needed, please open a fresh PR from master with a source command, build integration, and fixture-based tests. The current branch should be closed.
