HTCondor Submit Files, Shell Scripts, and a DAGMan script for Oxford Nanopore Basecalling

This repo is very much a work in progress, but if you’re familiar with HTCondor and would like to try out the files in this repo, feel free to clone them onto your cluster and run:

condor_submit basecall.sub
