nns-init.sh builds the 15 NNS canister WASMs (Registry, Governance, Root, Lifeline, Cycles-Minting, Ledger, GTC, SNS-WASM, ICRC1 ledger, ckBTC minter, Migration, plus test variants) and installs them on the running 4-node subnet via ic-nns-init. After this, ic-admin get-topology and dfx NNS-dependent commands work. verify.sh now reports whether NNS canisters are installed, and README / DEPLOY are updated with the "two variants" section.
