In lieu of any interim feedback, I am going to go ahead and merge this, so we can catch any future issues reported against this repo. |
The repository had no issue template, so new issues varied widely in structure and completeness. This adds a GitHub issue form that prompts reporters through four required sections — Summary, Background, Details, and Outcome — giving maintainers consistent context on the "what", "why", "how", and "expected result" for every new issue. New issues are automatically labeled `needs investigation` to promote triage. The template follows the GitHub issue forms YAML syntax and is modeled after the Fedora Council general ticket format.
