[Question] Pin messages in groups via the GOWS API and add participants sending history

Hello! Good evening. I have two questions I’d like more information on:

1. Is it possible to pin messages in groups using the GOWS API?
2. Is it possible to add participants to a group while including the message history (similar to how WhatsApp allows this when manually adding a user, by sending up to the 100 most recent messages and all pinned messages)?
