Three changes had been sitting unreleased: the literal for the smallest Int, contracts on std/ratio, and the two shapes the backend could not lower. The last one is a real fix rather than an addition, so a release is the honest way to hand it over. The CHANGELOG section was written per change, so cutting the release is renaming it and opening an empty one behind it.
