Replace the static HTML site with Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Tailwind. Migrate all posts and drafts into content markdown, archive the legacy site, and ship a 50/50 desktop catalog with scroll-synced selection.
Merge ETHLatam, Rewilder, Forta, Flashbots, and OpenZeppelin into single catalog items; add Club del Sur, Unblock, NextGen, Ethernaut DAO, Intergalactic Tokens, and The Creeps; tighten list typography.
Introduce SUAVE, NextGen, Vernissage, Hola Bob, Party Parrot, and Rollup Boost; wire project artwork; rename Genesis City, Exactly, and POAP; hide scrollbars and remove image dimming.
Hide POAP, show year ranges, monospaced titles, hover-to-scroll covers, and an about view with socials. Clicking a project opens a detail page with full description and gallery, cover-only landing, and cursor label.
Route work, about, and project pages; add go-back, tighter list spacing, cursor label below pointer, uppercase footer links, and instant cover scrolling without custom animation.

Replace the two-column landing with a single-column project grid, about intro, and left-aligned info beside covers. Keep the original catalog at /archive.
Refine layout, type, chips, and date labels with ongoing support; cycle project media; introduce a gray framed video component for site recordings and keep large video files out of the repo.
Add new project images and video references, hide State D and The Creeps, refine Unblock video stage color, and switch image carousels to optional manual dots and arrows.
Refresh project frontmatter and add new Vernissage stills.
Reference the local vernissage recording first in the project media list.
