Documentation on how to set up the Nano will be useful in helping others learn how to get started using the Nano. This documentation will include detailed instructions on the process required to get the Nano ready to use with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Added files for the initial setup. Now we need to add how to install packages, including Jupyter Notebook. I will also add how to create a workspace for everything using virtual environments.
