Clarify the roles of kia and the Short Road

Summary

This pull request gives kia and The Short Road a clearer division of labour without making either page depend on the other.

• kia now treats modifier-first order as one felt encounter and sends the fuller explanation to The Short Road.
• Its pronunciation passage keeps the dog and howl but replaces the repeated conversational-speech wording with a lighter image of beads placed on a tray.
• The Short Road acknowledges the greeting, dog, and bird it inherits, then turns them into working phonology and grammar with the existing chisel sentence.
• The final pillars section points back to kia and shows how those commitments have already worked along the road instead of introducing them a second time.

The site renderer's expected Kia heading is synchronized with the revised source. Its structural checks remain strict.

The Humanizer and voice pass caught repeated threshold imagery in the first draft and reduced it to one deliberate use. It also removed two redundant inline Phi forms before final validation.
