Size paired text icons equally

Summary

• Give both icons in every text motif the same dimensions throughout the texts shelf.
• Keep each motif's colours, overlap, and existing optical adjustments unchanged.

Why this works

Every motif icon uses the same 24 × 24 viewbox. With equal dimensions, their boxes have identical top and bottom edges under the current alignment. A separate centre-alignment rule is unnecessary.

The previous size difference was repeated across responsive contexts. Removing those overrides lets both icons inherit one shared size at every breakpoint.
