Summary

• add a Daytona guide for running Sapat transcription with ElevenLabs Scribe in a reproducible workspace
• add a speech-to-text quality-controls definition, first-time author metadata, and original SVG workflow diagram
• keep the submission content-only by using Sapat's existing elevenlabs provider path

Why this is distinct

This submission targets ElevenLabs Scribe directly. I checked recent Daytona content PRs for Sapat transcription and found direct guides for AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Rev AI, Speechmatics, Soniox, Gladia, xAI, Yandex, Mistral, DeepInfra, and other providers, but no dedicated ElevenLabs Scribe guide.
