[ES] Soy Doctor Ingeniero en Informática (2003) y Profesor Titular en la Universidad de Málaga (UMA). Cuento con un perfil híbrido de alto impacto que fusiona la investigación académica avanzada en IA con la alta gestión pública e innovación industrial.

  • 🎓 Docencia e Investigación: Calificado constantemente como "Excelente" en el programa de calidad docente Docentia UMA durante la última década. Centrado en la consultoría estratégica y formación en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa (ej. curso estratégico de IA para el personal de la UMA con más de 700 alumnos matriculados y el programa COSITAL).
  • 🎮 Especialización Técnica: Instructor Autorizado de Unreal Engine (Gold) por Epic Games y coordinador de la comunidad de desarrolladores en Málaga. Mis áreas de interés se centran en la IA aplicada a avatares 3D inteligentes (Metahumans) y producción virtual.
  • 💼 Liderazgo IT (Ex-CIO): Durante una década (2011-2021) fui el CIO del Ayuntamiento de Málaga y Gerente del CEMI. [EN] I hold a PhD in Computer Engineering (2003) and am an Associate Professor at the University of Malaga (UMA). Throughout my career, I have built a high-impact hybrid profile, successfully merging cutting-edge academic research with high-level public technology management and direct knowledge transfer to the industry.
