`just shots` boots a throwaway datasette against a small pre-built FEC fixture db, drives Playwright through the plugin's pages, and writes the committed docs/screenshots/*.png. Modular shots/ harness (config/server/helpers/ defineShot + one auto-discovered file per shot in shots/defs/), matching the datasette-paper / datasette-places convention. `just shots-fixture` rebuilds the demo db.
