Clarity: no recovery without first having created a snapshot

Hi Dhruv, I tried to use this tool to recover some log files that a rogue make clean got rid of from an ext4 lvm snapshot.. Only when I finally had a look at the implementation I realized that in order to recover anything, this tool has to be run before the data loss, as a preemptive measure.. 😅

This is expected—bitrieve only works if a snapshot exists before the data loss. It’s designed to run preemptively (e.g., via cron), not as a post-deletion recovery tool.

I’ll update the README to make this clearer.
