Add Diagrid commercial offerings and promote Integrations to top-level

Updates how Diagrid's commercial offerings and tooling are represented in the docs, and promotes Integrations to a top-level navigation section.

1. Integrations promoted to a top-level section

• Moved developing-applications/integrations/ up one level to integrations/ (now a top-level left-nav item, weight 35).
• Every relocated page keeps its old URL via a Hugo aliases: entry, so existing links and bookmarks continue to redirect (verified: alias redirect stubs are generated on build).
• Updated the one in-repo reference to the old path (azure-appconfig-configuration-store.md).

2. Built out the Integrations > Diagrid subsection

Light overview pages (short intro + feature highlights + a "Learn more" button), in nav order:

• Diagrid Dev Dashboard (new) — free companion for local Dapr development.
• Diagrid Conductor (refreshed) — automated operations & observability for Dapr on Kubernetes; button now points to the current docs URL.
• Diagrid Catalyst (new) — durable agentic execution for AI agents and workflows, built on Dapr.
• Dapr Enterprise Support (new) — commercial support for open source Dapr.

3. Reconciled with the existing Enterprise support section

The top-level Enterprise support & services landing stays as the high-level overview and now cross-links to the detailed Diagrid pages, rather than duplicating them.

Notes

• No content in the relocated pages was changed beyond adding aliases: (pure relocation).
• No D3E page was added under Integrations — it remains in the Enterprise support section only.
• Verified with a local Hugo build: no broken refs, old URLs redirect, Integrations renders top-level, and the Diagrid landing lists all four child pages.
