Adds a bundled CLI launcher, single-instance repository handoff, versioned read-only status/log/diff/review commands, and bounded SSH inspection with previews, watching, reconnect, and cancellation.
Source-task validation: 294 Rust tests, 431 frontend tests, typecheck, Clippy, builds, and live system-SSH checks. Automatic remote installation, standalone distribution, native POSIX validation, and full remote tabs remain tracked.
TASKS.md, ROADMAP.md, README.md, and the affected user-guide pages are included. Review validation: integrated all seven preceding feature PRs. Rust checks for core/desktop/ops/headless, CLI/daemon tests, TypeScript and all 465 frontend tests passed. All three GitHub CI jobs passed. An isolated native Windows WebView2 smoke check verified Git/Hosting/Integrations settings and the bisect, interchange, sparse, history-download, advanced-ref, Git-flow, submodule and SSH dialogs together.
