Adds GitHub connection pagination, explicit merge queue/auto-complete controls, reviewed-head comparisons, feedback export, and validated local suggestion application.
Source-task validation: 41 hosted Rust tests, 43 frontend tests, compile checks, WebView2 verification, and live GitHub reads. Signed helper distribution and live Azure/provider write validation remain tracked.
TASKS.md, ROADMAP.md, README.md, and the affected user-guide pages are included. Review validation: preserved custom-host authentication, paginated commit links and avatar scoping; reconciled reviewed-head metadata, SHA-guarded immediate merges and provider capability gates. All 60 hosted Rust tests, Rust checks, Clippy, TypeScript and all three GitHub CI jobs passed.
