Adds GitLab, Bitbucket Cloud, and custom GitHub provider adapters, plus resumable repository creation with reviewed destination, remote configuration, and explicit initial push. Provider capability limits are documented.
Source-task validation: 68 Rust tests, 36 frontend tests, TypeScript/Rust checks, and desktop flows. Hosted mutations used isolated fixtures.
TASKS.md, ROADMAP.md, README.md, and the affected user-guide pages are included. Review validation: fixed Clippy errors in provider command calls and integrated the preceding feature PRs. TypeScript and all three GitHub CI jobs passed.
