Adds validated patch/mailbox/bundle workflows, manual bisect with recovery, Git notes and replacement refs, reviewed tag edits, and opt-in Git-flow orchestration. Git-flow requires AVH.
Source-task validation: 174 core tests, three AVH integrations, targeted frontend tests, Rust checks, TypeScript, and native desktop flows.
TASKS.md, ROADMAP.md, README.md, and the affected user-guide pages are included. Review validation: fixed bisect outcome parsing for the quoted term printed by older Linux Git. Three bisect tests, Rust checks, TypeScript and all three GitHub CI jobs passed after integrating earlier PRs.
