Adds cone-mode sparse checkout, branch/depth/filter/recursive clone options, and cancellable deepen/unshallow operations. Covers excluded paths and sparse-index compatibility.
Source-task validation: 175 Rust tests, 427 frontend tests, compile checks, and native Windows workflows.
TASKS.md, ROADMAP.md, README.md, and the affected user-guide pages are included. Review validation: fixed sparse/LFS interactions so sparse staging and discard preserve LFS filters and partial patches retain the LFS guard; added and passed a regression preserving the sparse index. Rust checks, TypeScript and all three GitHub CI jobs passed.
