↩ Change 0456 — Show finding remedies in docket status human view

Summary

docket status's human view now shows every finding severity and each finding's remedy.

• The health line counts errors, warnings, and notices (health: ok (0 errors, 0 warnings, 5 notices)). Notices never make a repository unhealthy.
• Findings are grouped under errors:, warnings:, and notices: headings in that fixed order. An empty severity gets no heading, and landed report order is kept within each group.
• Each non-empty remedy prints on an indented remedy: ... continuation line, and multi-line remedies stay indented.
• JSON output, the set of findings, and their wording are unchanged. Only internal/app/status_human.go and its tests changed.

Testing

• The goldens were rewritten and six new tests added. The five mutation probes named in the design each turn at least one test red.
