Add missing main-content IDs for skip-link accessibility#437
Conversation
This change ensures that the "Skip to main content" accessibility feature is functional across all primary views. Specifically: - Added `id="main-content"` to the `<main>` tag in `ReaderViewer.tsx`. - Updated top-level containers in `BooksPage.tsx`, `GrantsPage.tsx`, and `AuditLogPage.tsx` from `<div>` to `<main id="main-content">`. - Added a unit test to `ReaderViewer.test.tsx` to verify the presence of the ID. - Verified semantic HTML landmarks are correctly applied for screen-reader navigation. Implemented a micro-UX and accessibility improvement by adding the missing
id="main-content"to primary content areas in the Reader and Admin pages. This makes the existing "Skip to main content" link functional for keyboard and screen-reader users, adhering to WCAG 2.4.1 (Bypass Blocks) and 2026 UX standards.PR created automatically by Jules for task 13645533963985286272 started by @d-oit
