This change updates the Tailwind CSS classes for form labels, input borders, and navigation links on both the reader and admin login pages. These updates ensure that the color contrast ratios meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for UI components), improving accessibility for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
