As this is a private document, I included the link for my own reference only.

An explanation of how you have used your “[Brag Diary]” to record your progress.
My Progress Is Recorded with
- Key Accomplishments : Tracking finished projects, major features launched or successful bug fixes
- Skills Acquired & Mastered: Documenting new tools learned, frameworks used, methodologies , or soft skills applied.
- Problem-Solving & Overcoming blockers: Capturing how I analysed them, and solved them for future reference.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Logging instances where I mentored peers, contributed to code reviews, or improved team workflows.

It is useful for
- Performance Reviews & Promotions: It provides objective, concrete evidence of my contributions for KPI evaluation
- Resume purpose: It keeps a real-time repository of achievements for my CV.
- Tracking Personal Growth: It highlights areas where my technical depth and confidence have expanded.

A screenshot showing that I gave a demo in a demo session with particular members of staff present.
