Performance enhancements

Add caching to various places (already marked in code) to get some performance gain.

[csnemes]

Comparing to the original Newtonsoft Json serializer, shapeshifter takes twice the time.
The hotspot is the DefaultSerializer and deserializer with the reflection based mechanism.
Task is to use generated code instead.
