What changed

• Reworked README into a judge-first product and verification path.
• Added a final technical report, exact Superteam field pack, and complete YouTube upload pack.
• Updated Judge Room chapters and CI copy for the 4:49 V5 demo and 154-test release.
• Synchronized the public transcript and submission tests with all 16 V5 scenes, including Phantom evidence.
• Removed obsolete draft plans, V1 scene specifications, and superseded render scripts.
• Kept raw V4/V5 footage local through targeted ignore rules.
• Simplified the public compliance surface to current rules, data, IP, judge access, and participant obligations.

Why

The repository still described the earlier 2:24 / 133-test release and exposed outdated draft material. This PR aligns every public artifact with the final product, reduces judge navigation time, and provides copy-ready submission materials without changing product data or deleting raw footage.

User and judge impact

Judges get one clear 60-second path to the app, final video, Judge Room, Explorer evidence, CI, and detailed documentation. The registered participant gets exact copy for every live Superteam submission field plus YouTube title, description, chapters, tags, captions, and upload settings.
