I work at the intersection of AI/ML, computational modeling, and agriculture, with a particular interest in crop modeling, time series, and decision-making under uncertainty.
I build tools and experiments around machine learning, simulation, and scientific computing, mostly to solve problems I encounter in my own work. I share some of those projects here in the hope that they might also be useful to others.
I'm particularly interested in combining deep learning with process-based (mechanistic) models to better understand agricultural systems and build practical decision-support tools for growers and researchers.
