Description
Renovate will keep project dependencies current without opening automatic major-version upgrades.
Context
Major upgrades often introduce breaking changes, so they should be performed manually when appropriate. For smart-contract repositories, these upgrades are not time-critical. Non-major updates keep their existing schedule and minimum release age.
Out of Scope
This PR does not update any dependency versions.
