Description
Completed the Cannon publish, so dumping the release artifacts into the repository and adding CI to verify consistency.
Context
The previous PR #22 added cannon and the cannonfile, but didn't actually publish the package to the repo. The package has now been published, and so we can dump the artifacts in this repository and verify them with CI.
Testing Instructions
Verify the CI is working as expected
Check the output cannon artifacts for anything that seems wierd.
