Documentation-only release covering the docs merges since v0.19.2-beta: force SVG figures in the Vitepress docs build and load CairoMakie with import to avoid the plot/plot! collision in @docs blocks (#423, #424), convert ordered lists to bullets across src/ and docs/src/ (#421), and re-run JuliaFormatter on docs/make.jl (#425).
