Add a test suite that takes WARC examples listed in the README.md and run warc2zip on them with a limiter (short) or entirely (long), so that we avoid breaking the integration.
The long tests are disabled by default but can be ran manually via an additional CI job (but is not visible yet, until we merge) and takes maybe 30 minutes or so..
