- Add arkts to LANGUAGES types and grammar configuration - Create ArkTS language extractor (functions, classes, components/structs, interfaces, enums, type aliases, imports, decorators) - Handle tree-sitter-arkts grammar quirks (no field names, function_expression for standalone functions, build_method, decorated_function_declaration) - Register ArkTS as a TYPE_ANNOTATION language for type reference extraction - Add 19 extraction tests covering all major ArkTS constructs - Include vendored tree-sitter-arkts.wasm from million-mo/tree-sitter-arkts - Update README supported languages table
