Harmonize and resolve open Dependabot security and version deprecations across the monorepo:

• Vite 5.4.21: Bump vite from 5.4.20 to 5.4.21 across packages/onchainkit and packages/miniapp-manifest-generator to pull in latest security patches (resolves chore(deps-dev): bump vite from 5.4.20 to 5.4.21 #2526).
• Glob 11.1.0: Bump glob from 11.0.1 to 11.1.0 in packages/onchainkit (resolves chore(deps-dev): bump glob from 11.0.1 to 11.1.0 #2541).
• Storybook 8.6.15: Bump storybook from 8.2.9 / 8.6.7 to 8.6.15 and synchronize @storybook/* suite dependencies, eliminating all unmet peer dependency warnings across @storybook/test, @storybook/react-vite, and @storybook/addon-essentials (resolves chore(deps-dev): bump storybook from 8.6.7 to 8.6.15 #2573).
• Lockfile Alignment: Regenerate root pnpm-lock.yaml cleanly under pnpm v10 to ensure deterministic CI runs.
