- Implement basic CLI note-taking application with add, list, and view commands
- Added core Noteflow class for note management using JSON storage
- Including unit tests for note creation and retrieval
- Set up project structure with setup.py for installation as a CLI tool
- Updated README.md with Installation and usage instructions
