CodeMie Connect reads install/<os>/manifest.json (EPMCDME-15055): the latest version and a download URL per platform, so the app no longer guesses installer file names.
Apps built before the manifest change read only version.txt, so both files are published on the same version.
The app reads a single install/manifest.json (version plus an installer URL per platform), so the per-OS manifests and version.txt files go.

Replaces the stale "GUI installers" / CodeMie Connect 2.0.1 content in
README.mdandinstall/README.mdwith CodeMie Connect 2.1.0 installer info, and adds two CodeMie-branded SVG download buttons to README.md's Installation section.Changes
