Publishes a project landing page under site/, deployed via a GitHub Actions workflow modeled on mini-auth's pages.yml (same dark theme, same configure-pages/upload-pages-artifact/deploy-pages pipeline). Content is drawn from README.md and docs/choosing-this-engine.md: the worked rule example, the two-tier design, the three matchers, the five actions, the semantics that surprise people, and the module table. Also adds .github/workflows/auto-dependabot.yml, since this repo had no auto-merge mechanism for Dependabot at all -- three open PRs (#6, #7, #8) were sitting green and unmerged. Approves and auto-merges every Dependabot PR unconditionally, matching hofmann-elimination's existing policy rather than mini-auth's ecosystem-filtered one. That only works safely with a required status check gating the merge, which main did not have, so a branch protection rule requiring the `build` check (strict mode, so a stale-base PR is retested before merging) was added directly via the GitHub API. dependabot.yml also gained an `ignore` rule for Jackson major bumps specifically, since a Jackson major is a major version for this project (JsonNode is in ~60 public signatures) in a way CI passing cannot tell auto-merge about.
