Sidebar: let a header item be interactive #99

Description

@StanZGenchev

Writing x-h-sidebar-header-item on a <button> or an <a> throws, so a logo row that links home, or a brand row that opens a popover, has to be a menu button and take on its hover, active and current page states to be clickable. The tag should decide instead, with a button or a link getting a pointer cursor and the same focus ring as a menu button, and any other element staying the plain title row it has always been.
