“finished successfully, but no output was found” error in eb_gui

Hello,

I am running a simulation in eb_gui, but I sometimes get the following message:

The egs_brachy simulation ebGUI_25Sep30_1459 finished successfully, but no output was found...

The input files and settings are the same as for runs that complete successfully.
Could you please advise what might cause this error and how to fix it?
