Add a section to the LVE-Stats 2 component docs covering the new optimized lve-stats3 backend introduced in lve-stats 5.0.0: - Brief What's new note (smaller memory/disk footprint, faster startup). - Switching instructions via the alternatives system, with both RHEL-family (alternatives) and Ubuntu (update-alternatives) command variants. - Verification and rollback to the previous backend.
