Add tools/build_ui_dict.py (and find/export_ddl/ci_check) to the project layout, plus a "Derived: the UI projection" section: never hand-edit ui_datadict.db, regenerate it when datadict.db changes, and the CI validation it gets. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
